How to reserve product for your event?
If you find something you would like to rent on our website, please contact us to ensure it’s available on your specific date. If available, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve the item for your date. To check your date, please complete our contact form and include as much information about the rental items interested in and event date so we can check the availability.
What are the rental prices?
Pricing is identified under the rental page of each item. If there is something you would like but you do not see on our website, please contact us and we can try and source out for you or we may have but not on our website yet.
What type of payments are accepted?
To reserve your item a credit card is required, however, payments can be made by cash, credit, debit card or email money transfer.
How much is needed to pay upon reservation and when?
Upon the initial reservation of your items and the rental contract is signed, an initial deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required. The final 50% payment is due two weeks prior to event or if you require delivery to the event, final payment is required three weeks prior to the event.
How long do we get to keep our rental items?
The rental rates are based on a one-day rental, however, it does include the day before pick-up and day after for drop off. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, the pickup would be Friday and the return would be on Monday at the store location.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We will honor refunds less 25% if you decide to cancel 180 days before your event. If within the 180 days, the full deposit will be retained. If the contract is cancelled within a week of event, the full order amount will be retained.
What happens in the event of damage or breakage?
During the rental period if any items are damaged or broken please contact us so we may be able to assess the damage and determine whether the item can be repaired. The renter agrees to be responsible for any costs for damage or replacement if an item is damaged during their event.

We do offer delivery and set up services. Please contact us for pricing.
Do I need an appointment for consultation?
We do like to schedule appointments in order to have more time with you. We are here to make your day flawless and stress free as possible. We will work with you to find a style that suits you best, and theme that incorporates your style, design and color palette for your special event.
